Best bacon cheeseburger I’ve had in a while and the customer service was great. The prices were inexpensive.

This place has become a regular weekend spot for my family. The breakfast is consistently reliable, and the portion sizes are generous compared to many other places. You definitely get great value, and it always leaves us satisfied and happy.

The last time I was at Altadona they tried to charge me $55 for 2 greek salads and a chicken tender basket....I couldn't do it, and I pulled off. It was 3am the other night and only place open was altadonas....mind u I live in rochester. Drove here...was the only car in line...got a tender basket, 2 corned beef egg rolls, a grilled cheese and a Mexican omelet. Every was so damn good and fresh...the lady working the intercom to order was so friendly, gave me like 5 mins to look at the menu with my fiance and didn't rush us at all, I tipped her a few dollars but I wish I would have left more (I ain't have no cash on me). I just wanted to say everything was good, place looked clean, inside there was about 5 or 6 ppl ordering...I been coming here since I was 14...20 years later and they still rockin!

I was reading some of these reviews and had to laugh because I have been a customer at this restaurant for years and they do NOT have roaches for one, They are very, very, very clean And they are NOT PREJUDICE IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM!!! Now, as far as people saying, they are being charged different prices that is because when you add things on to a certain item, it cost more than if you just get it how it comes so for instance if you get a chili cheese fry, that’s 659 but if you add extra cheese or chicken or jalapeños or onions, those items all cost more so that is probably why you’re getting different prices! But I have found the restaurant to be reasonably priced. Everyone is always friendly. They are very quick and they are open 24 hours and the night shift people are awesome!!!!

The ladies in the front (night shift) are wonderful!! I always pick up here and they are sweet! I’ve been meaning to leave a 5 star for their customer service. You guys just don’t know how much it means to me. So thanks! See you next time

Food was banging. Friend got "the best Philly cheese steak ever". I got a surprisingly good burger. Huge portion sizes. The only thing is the threatening aura. Food and staff really make up for it.

The bacon was crispy and I didn't even have to ask!!!! I’ve ordered this deluxe coney so often, they started giving me the bacon on the side so I can crumble the bacon on as I take a bite. No matter what time it is the employees are kind, service is always swift and the quality of food is top tier. Their chicken Caesar salad is also amazing. Large salad size with more than enough grilled chicken.
